UPDATE 14th of March 2026
We are announcing that Mr. Assad Raja contacted me and my partner by telephone after apparently learning of the publication of the claim.
He informed us that he had not received the email containing the invoice, whereupon we resended both the email with the original invoice and the email with the payment reminder.
During the conference call that my partner and I held with Mr. Assad, he confirmed to us that the invoice would be paid immediately. Several days have now passed, and the invoice remains unpaid.
We therefore informed him yesterday by E-Mail that our German law firm, in cooperation with a law firm in Qatar, will now also pursue the claim in court.
نُعلن أن السيد أسعد راجا اتصل بي وبشريكي هاتفيًا بعد علمه على ما يبدو بنشر الدعوى.
وأبلغنا أنه لم يتلقَّ البريد الإلكتروني الذي يحتوي على الفاتورة، فأعدنا إرسال كلٍّ من البريد الإلكتروني الذي يحتوي على الفاتورة الأصلية وبريد إلكتروني آخر يتضمن تذكيرًا بالدفع.
وخلال المكالمة الجماعية التي عقدناها أنا وشريكي، السيد أسعد راجا، أكّد لنا أنه سيدفع الفاتورة فورًا. وقد انقضت عدة أيام، ولا تزال الفاتورة غير مدفوعة.
لذا، أبلغناه أمس عبر البريد الإلكتروني أن مكتبنا القانوني الألماني، بالتعاون مع مكتب محاماة في قطر، سيتابع الدعوى أمام المحكمة.
