We are currently in the process of settling a claim amounting to USD 1,793,394.29. In 2024, Mr. Achille Salerno and Mr. Nazzareno Morlacchetti received a transfer of funds for the purchase of Bitcoin but failed to deliver the assets, contrary to the agreement.
To date, the gentlemen have not complied with subsequent demands for repayment. Based on a sworn declaration—which includes all supporting evidence—we have conducted a thorough review of the circumstances with our legal counsel and debt collection agency, and have assumed the claim via assignment.
The gentlemen are being asked to meet with our debt collection team in the coming days; should they prove unwilling to settle the outstanding amount immediately, a comprehensive public disclosure will follow. Furthermore, our debt collection agency will take action, and a criminal complaint for aggravated fraud will be filed with the competent public prosecutor's offices in Italy.
